The Glastonbury Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts banged with lot of festivities this year. The Wombles and Rastamouse, the tragic death of Christopher Shale and the biggest pop acts in the world like Radiohead U2, and Beyoncé all were its highlights.

Best known for its contemporary music, theatre, cabaret, dance, comedy, circus and many other forms of art Glastonbury Festival always attracts masses for its mad entertainment. This year the event held from 22–26 June 2011 and the Photographer was Alistair Guy who captured enthralling moments of Glastonbury Festival 2011.

Some of the big artists who performed at the Glastonbury Festival 2011 included U2, Two Door Cinema Club, Master Musicians of Joujouka, Elbow, Beyoncé, Coldplay, The Naked and Famous, Jimmy Eat World, The Twilight Singers, Queens of the Stone Age, Miles Kane, Glasvegas, The Joy Formidable, The Streets, Crystal Castles, James Vincent McMorrow, Ke$ha, Skepta, The Japanese Popstars, Little Dragon, Hercules and Love Affair, Omar Souleyman and others. Among the fresh talent introduced by BBC were Sharks Took The Rest, Ed Sheeran, The Good Natured, Shammi Pithia and others.

Other than music Glastonbury Festival 2011 witnessed various street styles and fashion this year. Alexa Chung was in vintage top, Barbour jacket, Burberry bag, Superga willies. Jacquetta Wheeler was in Vintage dress, Smythe jacket, Lisa E. Moss and vintage necklaces, Hunter willies. Alice Dellal was wearing All Diesel, vintage shades, boots from Kentish Town, London. Poppy Delevingne in Vintage T-shirt, Hudson shorts, Mulberry bag, Prada shades, Hunter willies. Natalie Isabelle Rumpt in James Perse T-shirt, Holland and Holland jacket, Topshop shorts, Hunter willies. Sara Blomqvist in Mother of Pearl T-shirt, Acne cardigan, Hudson shorts, Mulberry bag, Hunter willies. Pixie Geldof was in Client jacket, D&G T-shirt, Hunter wellies, Agnès B. hat, Ray-Bans. Emma Elwick-Bates in Barbour jacket, Isabel Marant top, vintage shorts, Jimmy Choo Hunter wellies, Bates hat, Prada shades. Many others hot beauties were also spotted in high end fashion and street style.
